USUAL DOSAGE:
-Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
-Take 4 capsules three times daily, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water for maximum effectiveness.
-Polygonum 14 should be taken continuously for at least two to three months prior to evaluating effectiveness.
CAUTIONS:
-Some patients may experience loose stool after taking Polygonum 14, which can be alleviated by lowering the dosage, or taking it with food.
-Patients who are on anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapies, such as Coumadin (Warfarin), should use this formula with caution as there may be a slightly higher risk of bleeding and bruising.
-Polygonum 14 is contraindicated in individuals with exterior or excess conditions.
-Polygonum 14 should be taken continuously for at least two to three months prior to evaluating effectiveness.
