Vitamin D deficiency is implicated in many "modern" diseases.
There is increasing evidence that vitamin D deficiency is a factor in many health conditions, including immune diseases, and cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and diabetes. Science has revealed that almost none of us get enough Vitamin D production from sun exposure, even is warm, sunny climates. Production of this vital vitamin/hormone is affected by skin tone, use of sun screens, level of clothing protection and latitude. Vitamin D deficiency is proven or suspected to contribute to hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, fatigue, depression, ADHD, nutritional imbalances, cancer, MS, and a growing list of disorders.
Science is now finding that a Vitamin D level of 60 ng/mL offers the best protection. We recommend children under 12 routinely take 1000 i.u. per day, and adults routinely take 5,000 i.u. per day. We do not recommend one per week or once per month dosing.

The kit contains easy step-by-step instructions, skin cleansing wipes, two lancets, a filter paper on which the blood drops are collected, and a band-aid.
Mail the card in the postage-paid envelope, and await your results
