3. Pay Ulta Labs $49.90 plus a draw fee of $8.95
The draw fee is only added once per order.
4. Once payment is completed you will receive instructions and a Requisition
to take to any Quest Diagnostics draw station.
5.Results will be sent privately and only to you by email.
These tests are used to calculate your Fibrinogen/Albumin Ratio (FAR).
