CAUTIONS:

  • This product contains a small amount of caffeine from Cha Ye, green tea.
  • Do not take this product if pregnant or nursing.
  • This product contains Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei).  Read and follow directions carefully.  Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Da Huang may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. 
  • Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.
  • This formula is designed for long term use.  Discontinue when the desired results are obtained.

    USUAL DOSAGE:
    -Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
    -Take 3 to 4 capsules  on an empty stomach one-half hour before each meal with a glass of warm water for maximum effectiveness.
