The Liver and Kidney are the most iumportant organs for eye health. Heat in the Liver may manifest as dryness, redness, swelling, and even pain. According to the five elements theory, the Kidney is the mother of the Liver, and when there is Kidney yin deficiency the Liver yin will also become deficient, leading to blurry vision, loss of visual acuity, and dryness of the eyes.

DOSAGE:
-Take 3-4 capsules 3 times a day for an average adult (18-60 years of age, approximately 150 lbs). This standard dosage may be increased or decreased depending on the patient’s individual factors, such as age, body weight, type of illness and severity.
-For best absorption and effect, take with a glass of warm water on an empty stomach, 2-3 hours apart from your prescription medication or other supplements. Do not take with tea, coffee, juice, soda or any other beverages.
